Text Box: Terms and Conditions 1. Anyone that proves to be wasting time with multiple orders or changing the orders every time will be put under a 3 strike system. If after 3 warnings they continue I may choose to block them from future orders. 2. If you do not confirm your order and send payment within 1 week then I can choose to sell the cards to other customers. 3. I will not be held responsible for payment not arriving, its your responsibility. 4. I have the right not to send cards before payment arrives. I also have the right to refuse selling more than 4 of any card. 5. I may change prices at any time due to the fast pace of the card market. 6. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged cards if you choose for not insured postage. 7. If a mistake occurs, if its your mistake then I cant change anything after you recieve the cards. If its our mistake then I will try to correct it ASAP. 8. If paying by Paypal you must pay the paypal amount, please wait for the quote with the correct amount of Paypal. At present I cannot afford the fees otherwise I will have to reconsider using Paypal. At the end of the day its your choice. Text Box: Postage 1. Your postage is calculated on weight and value, your first quote on postage will be for insured postage. Under £25 - from £1.00 recorded Over £25 - from £3.50 special 2. You may choose to not have insured postage, if you choose this option (you will be requoted will 1st class postage) and it gets lost then the following happens. I will not replace or refund uninsured orders. 3. If you have a insured item go missing, I will either replace what I can and refund the rest. You maybe required to fill in Post Office forms to declare it as missing. It may take about a week to turn around missing post, please be patient. 4. I cannot be held responsible for late mail, the mail service is starting to get worse. Sometimes you do not get mail next day, please don't leave it to the last minute to order. 5. I will try to post on the day of payment but in some cases it maybe the next day before I can. 6. Please give it upto 10 days for items to arrive. If you want to check anything please just email. Text Box: How to Order 1. Use the website to find the cards (Cards for Sale), if I don't have the set listed, I dont have it. 2. If the stock is zero I most likely (95%) dont have the card available. 3. Email your list to magic@jemchipsa.plus.com 4. Please list Name, Rarity and Set. It will make your order go through much quicker. 5. Your order will be sent back by us with a quote (of what we have in stock), if any cards are missing then at the moment we are out of stock. 6. The quote will include postage (please read postage rules). 7. There is the option to pay by Paypal, as my prices are rock bottom you have to pay the fees. There will be a new total for Paypal. 8. You must confirm the order or the cards will not be saved. Please also let us know which method of payment you intend to use. Payment methods are Paypal, Cheque, Cash (at your own risk) and Postal Orders. 9. You have 1 week to get payment to us or else we will unconfirm your cards and make them available again. 10. Once payment arrives depending on method, your cards will be shipped ASAP.
