Set information : The Planar Chaos expansion includes randomly inserted foil-finished premium cards in a limited, 165 all-new, black-bordered card set featuring 50 rares, 55 uncommons, 60 commons. It INCLUDES a timeshifed set of cards of all the different rarities of 45 cards, nine in each colour. The uncommon timeshifted cards, by the way, show up in a 3:1 ratio with the rare timeshifted cards. For those bad at math, this means that in four packs, you should (on average) get three uncommon and one rare timeshifted cards.
